whenever I see a good show I get attracted towards the female character of the show and when it ends a feeling of emptiness surrounds me .I keep thinking about not able to achieve much in life ,I get depressing thoughts regularly for few weeks . I keep thinking just about the female character in the show and it does not go in the direction of lust but not able to meet her or love her . I know that it is not practical but I want to know why I get these kinds of thoughts.
