i've recently been dumped by my gf who ive been in a relationship with for a month, i'm super obsessed. i seemed very pathetic and desperate until ive shown her that i was able to be independent, but in reality i miss her so fucking much and i've been so delusional thinking that she will come back and such. i've been feeling sad (again) and empty and sad whenever i am alone in the evening or whenever i see something from her that might make me jealous or so. how can i TRULY move on? i can't wait i am so busy and this relationship had literally ruined me and i was so hyper-fixated on her to the point where i didn't care about anything anymore, i just wanted her love and it's VERY hard to find someone to date in the area i live.

That is because you don't have any thing to do that can puzzle your brain. Try to buy some puzzles and patiently solve them. Do activities like cooking, go for a walk, swim, do math calculations. I prefer painting or puzzles cause it helps me take a break from my mental stress, family issues and many more. Don't date so that you could have a partner date so you could find your better half. If she left you that means she didn't see how much love you had for her. She was blind for your love and care for her. You will find someone better.
