SMS reminder program (FixPayment)

Program purpose: Changing Our Futures / FixPayment sends account reminder text messages and related account notifications (payment-due reminders, status updates, and occasional secure self-service links). Messages are sent by Changing Our Futures operating FixPayment—not by unrelated third-party marketers.

Consent: End users opt in by providing a mobile number and agreeing to reminder texts during enrollment, disclosed creditor onboarding, or support contact. Consent language: sms-opt-in-evidence.html. Program summary: sms-reminders.html. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services and is not sold or transferred to other brands for their marketing.

• Message frequency varies (typically fewer than 10 messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
