Unruly Behavior or the First Amendment?

Both State Senator Dave Cortese and Assemblymember Evan Low have proposed a bill that if enacted, would allow public officials to remove individuals (and possible members) who willfully disrupt repeatedly. This bill is essentially made to strengthen the (Ralph M) Brown Act, which grants public officials the power to remove someone if they cause a scene. SB 1100 in particular has been around since 2021 where several local officials struggled to address the issue on Black Lives Matter due to disruptions at various levels. What this poll is asking for viewers is how one feels about this possibly becoming law. Some will argue this is necessary to prevent outbursts and possible violence at an event and others would argue this is treading down a path that may violate the First Amendment.
