Don’t only work for money

A wage trades hours for pay. When the hours stop, the pay stops. The lesson is to also build something that can earn while you are doing other work: a skill you can sell again, a small service, a thing you own.

The job can stay. It should not be the only stream. Building the second stream is slow, and it is the point.

Use it. This month, spend a few hours on one thing you could offer again without redoing all the hours. Keep the job while you do it.
